Do I have to fill out any paperwork every time I send in my clothes?

A.

No, we will do that for you. We check care labels on all of the garments you give us. However, if you feel more comfortable invoicing your clothes yourself, we can supply you with blank invoices to use

Do you do alterations?

A.

Yes, we are a full service dry cleaner. We can alter or repair everything your typical dry cleaner does, plus more!

Where should I put bulky items like comforters or bedspreads?

A.

You can place them in a large plastic bag or trash bag, but make sure they are labeled with your name and phone number.

How do I communicate with my delivery driver?

Are you closed on certain holidays?

A.

Yes. Your service will resume on your next scheduled day if it falls on a holiday.

Do you recycle hangers?

A.

Yes. Bundle them up and place them OUTSIDE of your laundry bag for collection. Do not place INSIDE your bag as possible damage may occur to your garments while in transit.

What if I have a special stain or request?

A.

We can provide you with a Special Request form and you can fill out and attach to your garments. If you don’t have the form, pin a note to the garment with a description of the special request. Our dry cleaning professionals inspect each item before cleaning for issues such a stains, fabric damage and items left in pockets. Marking the stain will ensure it is not missed. Any information you provide as to the source of the stain (i.e. spaghetti sauce, red wine, etc.) will improve our ability to remove the stain. Do not pre-treat the spot or stain. Let us work on it FIRST!

What if I need something cleaned ASAP?

Give us a call. We can make special arrangements to pick something up for you that is not on your regular route day. You also can bring your items to our Dublin location. We offer same day service (Mon – Fri) in by 8:00 a.m., back by 5:00 p.m.

What do I do if I have a problem with my order after the clothes are returned?

A.

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Please contact us IMMEDIATELY so we can address your concern.

What if I don’t need service twice a week?

A.

You use us only when you need us. Even if you rarely use dry cleaning, we are still happy serve you. Since we are probably in your neighborhood already or close by, it’s no inconvenience for us to check your doorstep.

Can I use coupons?

Yes. Coupons can be placed inside your laundry bag.

Do I have to have a minimum order?

A.

There is no minimum order required. Our service was designed to be worry free, any sized order can be handled no matter how big or how small. Our goal is to keep your closet full of clean clothes at all times. Once you get in the habit of using the service once or twice a week, you’ll never run out of clean clothes again!

How often do you pick up?

A.

Twice a week. Depending on your specific location, we will let you know if you’re on a Monday – Thursday route or a Tuesday - Friday schedule.

How do I pay?

A.

You provide us with your credit card information that we keep on file and we bill once a month. Individual invoices are attached to your items that are returned to you every time.

Do I need to be home? Where do you pick up and drop off my clothes?

A.

No you don’t. Simply put your dirty items in your Harvey’s Cleaners & Laundry bag we provide and leave it on your porch (or your prearranged / designated spot), concierge desk or other covered location by 8:00 a.m. Your cleaned garments will be returned and hung on your front door or placed where you like. We provide you an “over-the-door” hook, free of charge, to ensure you clean clothes are protected.

Complete the online signup and we will call you back to answer all of your questions. Yes it’s completely FREE! We don’t charge a delivery fee... we offer the same pricing as if you dropped the items off at the counter at our Dublin location.
